  • We dislike: Blocky design might not be to everyone's taste

These cuboid butt rests clamp down tightly on your rod handle, stopping it from being yanked forward on a take, yet release with ease if the rod is picked up from above.

The design is fairly chunky compared to standard butt rests, but the locking mechanism is unique and works very well indeed.

The medium version features changeable inserts that can grip 14mm, 15mm and 16mm rods, while the large version can accommodate 17mm, 18mm and 19mm-diameter butts.

There are seven colours to choose from and all the inserts clip in and out of place like Lego bricks.

A recess on the back of the Rod Bloxx allows you to attach an isotope and the thread can be adjusted with a collar to perfectly align them on your buzzer bars.
